What is the best way to upload photos for public sharing ?

This site needs hundreds of photos to show and teach what is possible and how. Unfortunately I click on ALBUMS and I get nothing !
I have some photos to upload but dont really see how to do it in a way that others can find and see easily.

Albums are created by members, each member has their own album. Not many used this feature. Posting in a thread is done by using the advanced button at the bottom when posting.

I'll add to this after I've looked at the album feature. My old memory ain't what it use to be.

For albums you click on the albums button on the top banner.
make an album
then upload your photo or multiple photos.
