i hate to hear that. i expect to hear that from my son guess luck is with me so far. its just like they say xxit happens.
I had that happen one time, driving down the Alcan in Canada, once. I was just glad that the truck was still drivable. to get back home. just hope that none of you got hurt.
last week a friend hit a moose, he lost his truck also.
hope you can get things going again.
Nothing an extra $20,000 would not fix
sounds like you have a very expensive venison taste. i hope it looks better in the daylight.
that is about what my truck looked like, but on the drivers side, it took out the headlights, grill, front quarter panel, and the door, and i still had 1500 miles to go, brings back lots of memories. i couldn't tell you how many times i have almost hit a moose.
a few years back, an other friend on his way to work, had a bear come through the front window. land in the passengers seat. that bear was not a happy camper. luckily he was able to stop and get out of the car, before the bear realized what had happened, wasn't much left of his car when the bear finally was able to open the passenger door and get out.
things we do for entertainment.
just hope that the damage isn't to great. and you are able to get on your feet soon.
take care
Totaled the truck.
In the Junk yard now.
No one was hurt.
No kidding totaled ?? Must be the pic angle it doesn't look that bad...
Aluminum .120 14' X 76" hull
Teledyne 4a084-4 engine
Circle S 1.69:1 reduction
67" Whirlwind "Razor X" prop
It's an 94 not worth much to them.
You'll get there. I know exactly how it is with the no budget builds. I had to retire early because of my disability. I work at it one piece at a time. My turbo build is slow, I had to save up for the turbo, now I'm saving to have the flanges made and get the rest of the parts needed. I'm almost there.
