There is a company called Great Plains Aircraft that mainly I think sells VW engines and reduction drives for airplanes but ten
years ago the same company that machines their prop hubs for VW engines also machined a prop adapter that would screw into
the flywheel of a Kohler VTwin engine. Well they also had molds for a tiny fiberglass airboat that the then Kohler 25 hp motor
would drive very well in direct drive. I ran across some old pics of the boats and called them up and they said they had sold
the molds to another company in Nebraska that never started to make airboats again. They also no longer had a need for
the Kohler prop hubs either so they dont sell them anymore but could have them made.
