Thanks to Duane for telling me about your website, and for you all letting me join your forums. I look forward to learning a lot more about my boat.

It's a 10' Hydra Bee aluminum with a 40 hp VW and an older 2:1 Air Boat Drive unit.
I'm in Central FL and have run a little bit on Lake Jessup to Harney area.

Welcome to THIS forum.

It sure sounds like you have a promising Mini Air boat.

I wasn't trying to pirate you away from the S-A forum. I just thought that you'd enjoy this one as well.

This forum is not nearly as active as the S-A forum. Sometimes it'll go days at a time with NO actively.

However, we ARE a close knit bunch of folks, from ALL over the US. We enjoy helping each other, and you won't see the same pi$$ing matches here that you may see in other places.

First of all, Papee, our moderator/owner wouldn't tolerate it.

Secondly, we ALL really do enjoy HELPING each other.

So, look around, ask questions, etc., etc..

I've given my opinion on the S-A forum, when I invited you here.

Please feel free to throw your engine/reduction/prop question out again. I'll keep my mouth shut (for a little while).

Welcome Don, we won't hold it against you becasue of Duane's referral. We like photos, if you need any help using the forum let us know. It has a bit more features and may be a bit harder to use than the sites that use free forum software. The differences are mainly in your user settings and what you can control, more user settings.
