    Hey Duane,

I looked over your recipe and it looks to me like it would be real good, but I ran it past wifey, but she thinks it would take a bit longer to make than she is up to, with her new knees, back problems ect. She likes to keep cooking simple as possible.

Also, I took my scale out to the shop to weigh the aircat a few months ago, and it's been there ever since. I brought it back in, and weighted myself today It confirmed my suspisions. I have that ANOREXIA thing whipped.

Guess I'll be cutting out the good stuff for a while, and hit the treadmill and Schwinn Air dyne some more. Probably with couple less

Anyone up for a contest? The doc says I have to lose 40 lbs after my surgery. No Chucks allowed in this. I want to be the biggest loser.

I don't think you'll have any trouble beating me Papee. I only want to lose maybe fifteen or twenty pounds.

In fact, I am trying to just grow a few inches taller, you know, so the numbers look better

    Papee,

You've GOT to exclude Chuck from this. If he lost 40 lbs, there wouldn't be much left.

I'm kinda' like Dave. I'd like to lose about 20 lbs. But I ain't entering a contest.

    Duane,

Love the shirt.... 'Tis the season I guess. I've put on 8 lbs since thanksgiving. Busted the zipper on two pairs of work pants.

    Re: Chicken Taco Soup

I put on about 12 pounds since the weather turned cold, and I moved inside for the most part. I didn't break
any zippers, I just can't get them to go all the way up anymore.

My problem is, the TV and the kitchen, are way too close together

I think now that I'm going to start working on Rons Tomcat, that should ease the strain on my belt

    Re: Chicken Taco Soup

    Dave,

I've lost about 25 lbs since my stomach troubles started. And I really need to lose another 20 lbs.

Part of MY weight gain problem was that I do most of the cooking, and I have a TV in the kitchen, and my laptop spends most of it's time on the counter in the kitchen as well.

Working on Ron's Tomcat may help you lost a pound or so, but how about this idea? Don't fire up the heater in the shop, and work on Ron's boat in your shorts. You can shiver your way back into a lean, mean, fighting machine.

Then you can do an info-mercial, and make a bunch of money off of the idea.

BTW, I want a 5% cut, since it was my idea.

    Duane,

There has to be a more comfortable way to lose some weight.

Just getting out in the shop should help some. I can't cook, never learned, so I can't use that excuse. I just need more exercise, and less treats

    Re: Chicken Taco Soup

    Dave,

I guess that I don't get my 5% cut of the millions you could make from the info-mercials, huh?

O.K. then. So get busy on Ron's boat.

I'll go refigure my future finances....

    Hey Duane...

I'm over in DC and had some shrimp and grits for dinner last night. Now I'm going to have to head over to your neck of the ball and compare right?
