Looks like a lot of extra weight on the cage for such a small package. If I was to get a bolt on for a jon boat my first choice would be Tak II ( http://www.takenterprise.com/index.html ).

yeah I like that one much more... seen it a few weeks ago and that was enough to re kindle the jon boat ideas.

Speaking of the jon boats... Look how low in the water these narrow jon boats are riding in the rear. Actually that one with 3 people on board is riding low all around.. It looks like it's about to sink

Seriously, though... On the right [wider] jon boat hull, these would be a nice simple set-up.
