Webpage expired

If I take too long to type out a post, I get a message that webpage has expired. Is their anything I can do to bring my post back, short of typing it all over again?

If not, what is the exact time allowed? Maybe I can set a timer, or something! Or maybe take a speed typing course

It doesn't have much to do with how long it takes you to type something. If your connection is slow it may time out when trying to post it. If it does, you can usually use the back button and get back to your message and try again.

I own the server that my sites are on and the server connection speeds are great compared to other sites. The problem is most likely with your provider having a slow connection.

A quick fix for it would be to copy it before you submit it and if it expired all you would have to do is just start another post and just paste it

I tried to use the "BACK" button, but it does not return my typed post, only the blank form.

I have Frontier DSL, so I don't think my connection is too slow.

My memory is not working that great, so I usually forget to copy it before I post.

Does anyone else have this problem? I guess I'll just keep trying.

Are you using Internet explorer? I know we're all old farts and don't like anything new but you should try getting the Firefox Browser. It is much more reliable.
