    EVOPRO 116

For the Harley Davidson fans, we are building the EVOPRO 116. It will be powered by a 1340 cc Harley Evo engine. I know
it want be in the specs. to be called a mini but some customers want them so we must build them. The metalworks will
be Stainless Steel and the hull will be the MiniPro 116. I will try to attach some pictures of our progress. Thanks, Chuck

I'm betting on a wood prop for that one!

    Re: EVOPRO 116

We will start out with a warp drive but may end up with a wood if we have a vibration problem. We installed the drive
I borrowed from Nic this morning. Tomorrow, Tee is bringing a new drive he had made and we will check it out. Here are
    the progress pictures. Thanks, Chuck

yeah looks pretty sweet , Imagine that'll make a little more horsepower than the briggs and kohlers do . how much do the evo engines cost compared to the briggs and such ?

    Re: EVOPRO 116

With the mods and acc. we bought with this motor, about $2500.00 more
than the 40 kohler. I worked on the wiring today. Hope to have it running
before Memorial Day. This boat gets black seats and console. the white ones
on it now are templets for later production. Thanks, Chuck

    Re: EVOPRO 116

Are you going to put a wide stick prop on that one? It seems that motor would make some nice low end torque.

Chuck, what's the latest on this rig? Any new photos or videos? I'd love to see this thing run. What's the hp rating on this motor? Are yall done testing and tuning it yet?

We hope to crank it this weekend. We will start with a 3 blade Warp Drive
prop. The HP is about 80. Maybe we will have some pictures of it running
    next week. Thanks, Chuck

    Re: EVOPRO 116

The Harley motor had too much vibration so we had to look at methods to
smooth out the engine. We are getting a balancer made for the crank and
hope to have it in a week. We will have it ready for the Sept. 6 airboat show.
We are getting a balancer for the prop adaptor too. If this works, we will
be selling prop balancers for all airboats. The Manufacturer of the balancer
says it will work and they will make them for me. We should get our first 2
balancers tomorrow and will start testing this week. We hope to do a video
    next week. Thanks, Chuck
