    12 x 6 needs????

    Good deal on a 12x6 hull around my neck of the woods..heavy built aluminum, 3/8 bottom.
    I’m thinking that needs 100 -150 h.p. ?? Sound about right?

    Update on the mini.. going good. Getting better at Tig welding, kinda. Am now building the top half, and drilling for rivets on the top thin stuff. Installing the seat, cockpit, gauge plate today....

    Had a good test on a small frozen lake. It was in an ice fog, and only got about 10 minutes before the prop iced up to bad to use anymore.

    It goes fairly straight( centered ) after torque correction on initial power up.until I am on the side of a rise or bump into something frozen. Only a few inches of snow right now.

    She is done. 190 lbs, all dressed up , with heater, safety gear, etc. about 40-50 heavier than I wanted, but to be expected as I went with thicker windows and the uhmw bottom. I will live with it....

    Missiles hung and torpedoes loaded !
