    Re: ECU needs weather protection

That's exactly my plan. I got one of the narrower boxes, and the ECU just fits in it. I'll use some pieces of sleeping pad foam to cushion it, and fill the gap with hot melt.
    Thanks to everyone for...

    Re: Redrive search

Well, I looked around for awhile to see if there was a better redrive for my Dragonfly, but the others wouldn't be a direct replacement. The closest I could get was a new redrive from AirTrikes, so I...

    Re: Oil Pressure guage ?

Thanks, Corky. I contacted Faria with the numbers, and they told me which sender to use.

    Oil Pressure guage ?

I'm currently putting new gauges on my Dragonfly, which has a Suzuki G13BB motor. The motor currently uses a 'wet' gauge, but I want to change to an electric gauge from a Bayliner boat.
    Someone in...

    Re: ECU needs weather protection

I don't think cooling would be an issue. These were usually mounted in the passenger compartment, down near your knees.
I know I either need to be fully waterproof (spray, condensation, etc.) or...

    ECU needs weather protection

Hey guys, I'm new to this airboat stuff, and I'm trying to re-build a medium size rig. It's powered by a Suzuki G13BB engine that's fuel injected. My problem is that it uses an ECU to control...

    Re: Corky's Build

So ... I found this thread a few days ago, and have read everything, living vicariously as I love to fabricate stuff. But we've been left high and dry!

Did the boat ever hit the water?

Re: Anyone try an electric clutch?

There's a company in Utah (Mud Buddy) that used an electric clutch on their special outboard motors. These motors run upwards of 70 hp.

So, what's the chances of this being fixable?

If I were to build a belt drive, wouldn't the prop need to be replaced as well?

    Re: Redrive search

Well, the gear shattered, so I don't think that's going to be repairable. The housing may be something that could be fixed. It's deformed near a seal, and it may be in an area that doesn't matter....

    Redrive search

    Hello to everyone !

I am brand new to this kind of sport, and I landed here looking for parts to fix my broken ride.

I'm looking for a reduction drive (redrive) for my Suzuki G13B engine. It...
