    It all begins with two sheets of aluminum and some structural T's. I decided to follow Corky's lead and remove some weight from the T's. I am using 3/16 x 1 1/2 cutting down the center post to 1". ...

    Supper Job! The electric anchor makes all the deference in the world. It looks like the crash cleaned up pretty well. Are you going to pad your battery case to stop the erosion from the vibration?

    Where does one find the recommended operating temps {oil & CHT} and oil pressure for the 4A084-4?? I have not been able to locate it anywhere in the manual.:?::sad:

    MIG welding stainless is easy; use 308 wire; {309} to combine stainless and carbon. The usual choice for the filler when welding stainless to mild is 309L./309 is over alloyed stainless steel (19/10)...

    I got my starter re-installed with the gussets added, and I added one more mounting hole. {Much more ridged}
    I also got my gauges mounted to the test stand so I can work on the new intake and carb....
