Buster,
There's TWO switches. leave it up to you Nawtherners, and you'd turn off the wrong switch, and break off the wrong knob.
It just ain't safe to but responsibility in a Nawtherner . ;rasta;

Well now you gone an done it Duane. We've had 3.5 inches of rain in the last two days with more to come. At this water level my camp is 2 ft under water but my main hut is 8 ft above ground. I'll lose some tools and a chair or two because I wasn't able to get out to put some thing away.
Club ramp normal level.

Oooops. ;rasta;
At least it's not SNOW. :&&:
Hmmm... let me jiggle some wires.
Nah, bad idea. :-P
Duane
Duane!
LEAVE THE SWITCH ALONE! It's snowing here again ;bawl;;bawl;
Bruce
Well Bruce it looks like while Duane has that switch the only safe place is in the garage. Maybe Ill just go out and clean some of my mess up. I just can't decide between starting the rerigging or waiting. If the weather is going to be like this I may as well get started on it or maybe not.;rasta;
OK guys,
I promise not to touch them switches again. :&&:
Hmmm... I just saw one that I hadn't even noticed before. It's labeled "PA garage snow". :eek:
Nah, it must be mislabeled. It may really be for NC snow.
I won't even touch it. At least not until about August. ;garfield;
Duane
Duane,
Please do us all a favor and don't touch them switches until at least Dec. 15th, OK?;rasta;
Dave
Buster,
I'm not touching that control panel at all for a while.
I think I may put it up on EBAY. Ya' think that I can get 100 bucks for it?
Duane
Duane,
DO NOT PUT IT ON EBAY! It may get into the wrong hands.:eek::eek: Let me suggest you hold a raffle for it, only open to people living in northernmost states, or better yet, Canada. Those folks might pay big bucks for it if it really shuts the snow off. ;stir;
Do the right thing Duane,:&&::&&:
Dave
Duane,
Well you were OK for almost a week, but now I see that you really can't be trusted to leave that darn snow switch alone. The weatherman just forecast 7 to 12 inches for Duluth tomorrow, and that ain't very far from here;bawl;;bawl;
If it ain't broke, don't fix it, and leave well enough alone;rasta;
Thanks, Dave:&&::&&:
Buster,
I promise that I've not messed with those switches. ;garfield;
Well, except for the one labeled "PA garage snow".
I figured that since Papee wanted to step on MY tail, then I should step on HIS. If I didn't, he'd think badly of me.
It was just the RIGHT thing to do. :&&:
It's been balmy here in NC the last few days. I didn't even wear a light coat to work today. It was WARM. Do you remember what that means? ;stir;
Spring is HERE ! I actually had pollen all over the truck when I headed for work this morning. (You DO remember what pollen is, right?) :&&:
Duane
You got me, snow and sleet coming my way.
Duane,
Spring might be THERE, but the season that we are currently enjoying is called, "Still Winter", according to Jeff Foxworthy. We go directly into Road Construction next! :?
Yes I do remember what pollen is, thats the stuff that makes lots of people sneeze, etc. Luckily I'm not one of them, but I'll take your word that it is comming.
Hang in there,
Dave
Hey Duane,
It looks like we are getting some of that SPRING POLLEN, biggest flakes of pollen I can remember. I took this picture about two and a half hours ago, and now I think we have about three inches, and It doesn't show any signs of letting up. Oh well, that's the way some pollen storms are:eek::eek:.
Good thing I've got my Pollen plow truck ready to go:&&: :&&: :&&:

Buster, it looks like your buddy Duane needs to concentrate a little better when he throws the "torture Papee" switch.
Gee, I never noticed that pollen switch before. It wasn't labeled. But it seems to work ! :&&:
I wonder what all of these other unlabeled switches do... :eek:

Hmmm. Nothing seemed to happen. ;garfield;
Duane
Lightning, thunder, and hail here now. We could do without the hail.
Duane,
The Tach in the Fatcat was working just fine the other day and now it has quit.....:evil: I think I know what at least one of those other switches does......;bawl;;bawl;
Bruce
Duane,
What those switches did is dump another 8 inches of stuff on us. (I don't think it is pollen, and it is waay too heavy for snow) You really shouldn't monkey around with those switches when you don't know what the end result will be;rasta;
I really think, as a public service, you should pack up that contraption and ship it to somebody that can be trusted for safekeeping. Perhaps Papee would be a good choice, after all he lives in the north at least part of the time, that's a good thing. He does a great job with this forum. I believe he can do the job right.;thumb;
It will take a hugh responsibilty off your shoulders so you can spend more time on your boat, and give the rest of us peace of mind:cool::cool::cool: What do you say?
