Ken is right, I've made a lot of mistakes. Maybe not mistakes but I've tried a lot of things that worked and some that I wasn't happy with. Weight is the main enemy when building a boat. There's lots of info already here. Read a bunch and decide what you need for your use then fire the questions away. Minis in general are pretty similar but there are different ways to go as far a rigging depending on your use.
