I`m new to airboating,bought an 116/w084 motor,Ihad carb problems so I ordered a new carb from Saturn Surplus.This new carb seems to frost up more than the old one.What can I do to prevent this problem???

Mine did the same thing, I fixed mine by using the stock rubber piece so the breather tube goes into it and putting a KN filter on the end of it. The breather tube is the key, if you have another setup figure out a way to get the breather tube in your air cleaner system.

I had that problem too, and the only thing I did was to use a better grade of gas, for sure get something without ethynol.
