Does anyone have any experience with the Competition 3 blade props .

I assume you are talking about the ultra Prop. I run one on my boat depending on what I'm doing. I run a two blade most of the time on my direct drive 084 but when I want to carry larger loads I run the u3 blade Ultra Prop made by Competition Aircraft. The Ultra prop gets my boat on plane faster ut is not as fast as my wooden prop.
