Just playing with ideas to construct a deckover hull with minimal sheetmetal machinery and jigs.
Any constructive criticism (pardon pun)?

It looks good, but I've never seen the inside of an aluminum deckover. I "think" that they typically have a LOT less internal structure.

What are you estimating your hull will weigh with that design?

Inventor says 85Kg. Not including welds or fasteners. I drew it with all 2mm thick ally. The spars are 50mm tube, 2mm wall.

I want to be able to stand on the deck to bow fish carp, so extra support, plus I have no idea when it comes to ally sheetmetal!
