I may have stumbled into a Continental A-65. I remember some passing posts about these or 80 hp on the 116.

They a good candidate for the 116? RD2 ?

Hey Mike, The A-65 would be good on either hull. I have one being built if we ever get time to finish it. It has a 100 crank so it should put out about 90 HP. These motors powered many airboats back when almost all airboats were small.
