I put my 440 with a 2.6:1 redrive and a 52" 4 blade warpdrive in a 10' hull. I have not put the boat in the water yet, but I have ran it around my back yard. The boat moves around pretty good on dry grass and sand with me in it (285lbs) I will post some pics and video when I get some.

well i only have about 2 weeks before i have to go back to work. I will get some test runs in as soon as the rain stops.
