I received my first 084 Drive from Arrowprop today. I think this drive will make the 084 engine
come alive on the mini airboats. What do you think?

Cool Chuck I'll be watching this one. What ratio is it? What rpm are you hoping the engine will run? And Prop? I'll bet that will sling a good sized prop with that setup. Also on another note is this an item you will stock that is to be added to your store?

I thought it was to be a 1.69 but it calculates out to be 1.89. 3600 on the engine will turn the prop about 1900. I wont put it in the store. There is
no wholesale price. Anyone wanting one can call Arrowprop.

Does anyone know how to determine when the belt on the arrowprop 084 re-drive is at it's proper tension?

I can not find the instructions that came with my re-drive, but I don't remember anything about tension in there.
