How would a 11' 9" x 76" hull approx. 190lbs work with a 4a032 engine?

It would depend on the total weight when finished. The 032 is limited in the prop size it will turn so a 4A032 would work with a redrive. Again, this would most likely be a one person boat. I'm not sure the 032 has enough stuff to push more than one person.

I am getting more information on the engines. It seems that the ratings for these are done by putting them in a pressure chamber and running them at 10,000 ft for so many hours. At the end of these tests the engines must have so much HP. This is how the engines are rated. Seeing that we will be operating these engines at sea level or just above the ratings are better.
