Hi All,

I picked up a 440cc two-stroke engine and am looking into putting together a mini. I need information on putting together a homebuilt belt reduction unit. Has anyone had any success? What did you use? Any Ideas?

If you watch ebay you can find them for about the same price you can make one. I'm sure the guys will watch out for you. One of the guys on here did just that and I'm sure he'll be along to chime in.

give this guy a call at j bird engine (262) 626-2611 he has used one and new ones. If you have time you can watch ebay. That where I gotine from. If you found one on ebay try to get one with a rotax prop pattern. The one I got only has bolts to hold the prop and I had to drill new hole(big pain) lol. Plus I can't try other prop with out drilling them first. Not to many people will let you drill hole in there prop to try it out  .I watch ebay all the time if I find some thing I will post it for you.
